Midfielder, who arrived in Glasgow as a asylum seeker from his home country of Iran. The skillful midfielder who started out in the youth team of Iranian club Saipa. When he arrived in Scotland him and his father moved to Sighthill in Glasgow and Ped joined Greenview Evengrlical Boys club playing in the local Church's league where is quality soon became obivious, and he joined Arsenal Boys club. He was trials with a few clubs including Celtic but problems obtaining a work permit, prevented him from signing for anybody. He was invited to pre-season training with Partick Thistle in 2007, where he impressed manager Ian McCall. Partick Thistle helped Ped secure a work permit in November 2007 and he signed a 18 month contract with Thistle shortly afterwards. He made his first team debut towards the end of season 2007-08.
