Outside right who signed for Thistle from Petershill and scored on his Thistle (& league) debut a 2-1 victory over Aberdeen at Firhill in November 1922. His only other first team appearance for Thistle came in January 1923 a 2-0 victory over Alloa with Frank scoring the winner. After one season at Firhill where Frank scored 2 goals in 2 games, he was released and joined Dumbarton.
