Defender who signed for Thistle on a 6 month loan deal from Rangers in early season 2006-07. Campbell was a product of the Rangers youth system spending 6 seasons at Ibrox without making a first team appearance. After making 14 first team appearances for the Jags in the 1st Division, he returned to Rangers. He was released by the Ibrox club in May 2007 and after spending some time on trail with Hereford United and Stockport County he signed for 2nd Division Airdrie United in early 2008. He made 8 appearances for the Diamonds as his new side won promotion. However he left Airdrie and signed for Australian West State side Perth SC in the summer of 2008.
