Young 6ft centre-half who first arrived at Firhill on loan from Livingston in early 2006 where he contributed to the Jags Scottish Cup Run (losing to eventual winners Hearts at Tynecastle in the Quarter-Final stage) and securing promotion via the play-off win over Peterhead. His move to Firhill was made perment shortly after the play-off win with a nominal fee securing his services from the west Lothian club. Scott continued his good form as the Jags took a early season lead in the 1st Division, as the team’s form slummed so did Scott and he found himself in and out the team. When new manager Ian McCall took over in the Summer of 2007 Scott found himself out of the first team and moved to 2nd Division Ross County on loan, his loan was made permant in January 2008.
